We want you to be happy with your new microphone! Each one is carefully packed and shipped, but sometimes things happen in transit. Here’s what to do if something goes wrong.


📦 Damaged in Shipping?

If your microphone arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage and the packaging

Once we review your claim, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund—whichever makes the most sense for the situation.


🔄 Other Returns

Since each microphone is individually built and tested before shipping, we currently do not accept returns for reasons other than shipping damage. Please double-check your order before placing it, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions before buying.
