Meet The Toucan: a sleek, black, omnidirectional microphone with a beak for detail. It doesn’t squawk, but it sings with clarity that soars into the ultrasonic.

Each one is handmade: 3D printed, soldered, and assembled with care into a clean, minimal body that vaguely resembles its tropical namesake. Tuned for high-frequency capture, it excels at recording ultrasonic textures with surprising clarity.

The base features a sturdy 3/8" metal thread for mounting, plus an adjustable arm secured by a simple thumb screw. No tools needed. Prefer your own rig? The mount is removable, and the mic’s flat sides are easy to grip on your rig!

At the front end of the mic, you’ll find a small indent made specifically for adding a windshield. It pairs perfectly with the Windbubble Pro from Bubblebee (available here) for professional-grade protection.
